Compensation: Depends on Experience ($20-25/hour)
Employment type: Part-time (24 hours, 3 days/week)
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities -
Assist the General Manager with miscellaneous office tasks
Assist Lead Accountant with following duties:
Preparing and issuing billing, invoices, and keeping client records current utilizing web-based portals.
Data entry for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
Communicate and resolve issues with clients and vendors, including follow-ups.
Prepare bank deposit slips and accurately post.
Maintain clients and vendors' files.
Check and send mail
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Able to work with a minimum of supervision and be a team player.
Organized, quick learner, and problem solver.
