We are looking for an excellent, outgoing, proactive office manager with an accounting background and great knowledge of QuickBooks.
Who is familiar with all standard software and sharp with accounting and public relations.
She/he also knows the construction industry layers and understands how the construction/remodeling business works.
A healthy habits-morning person ready to go at 7 am, with Excellent communication and computer skills.
Please be a dedicated professional, laser-sharp focused at work, avoiding small talk and distractions.
NO smoking, NO vaping, NO drugs, we perform drug tests.
You'll work directly with the company's General Contractor/Owner, setting weekly and daily priorities and staying ahead of the game with deadlines. You'll also set up new systems as the company grows. Some time spent doing sales might also be needed.
Office Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:00 (1/2 lunch). Saturday mornings might also be required, depending on workload.
Our offices are located in the Wailuku Industrial Park.
This is a full-time job.
