Under the direction of the Assistant Branch Manager provides quality and efficient member service by processing various transactions and opening new accounts. Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in a cash handling and customer service-related positions. Must have a working knowledge of computers with emphasis on Microsoft Office applications, tablets, and mobile devices. (Kaneohe Branch and Pearl City Branch)
