Our Subcontracting company is located in Honolulu, with operations extending to Hawaii island, Maui and Kauai.
Our Payroll Administrator is extremely important to our employees to get paid.
We pay full family medical and have parking available
Required Skills:
Good communications and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Especially Excel), and experience in Accounting or Payroll software.
Must have critical thinking skills.
Must not be afraid to make/receive phone calls; leave/respond to voice messages.
Good follow-up skills
1-2 years of Payroll or Accounting Experience
Duties: Verify, reconcile, correct and complete weekly and bi-weekly payroll for processing.
Complete weekly Certified Payroll reporting and exhibits.
Input new hire, terminations, wage increase, employee personal updates.
Research and respond to any payroll inquires
Daily gathering, distribute, collect approvals of timesheets, tags, reimbursements, etc.
File electronically all timesheets submitted through payroll system.
Complete employment verifications.
