Pacific Whale Foundation has an immediate opening for an experienced Payroll Specialist. This position is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for approx. 200 employees while maintaining compliance with all federal and state laws. Working at the direction of the Controller, the Payroll Specialist partners closely with the HR Director to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. At least 3 years of payroll processing experience using some sort of software system is required, along with the ability to learn new software/systems/apps quickly. ADP experience will set you apart. This is full-time, non-exempt position based at our Ma'alaea Harbor office. MUST RESIDE ON MAUI.
