In house bookkeeper/ Office Accounting Clerk
-Qualification: Experienced MUST and Well Organized/ Efficient, BA in accounting preferred, follow instructions and procedures
-pay based on experience
General office duties are:
- Maintain office hygiene weekly and make office environment welcome and warm and comfortable for everyone who work here also for guess visits.
- Answering Phone calls.
- Check all email Each Morning when come to office.Respond emails to all clients.
- Generate ONLINE Ocean/Air freight Bookings.
- Knowledge/ Experience Microsoft Office and Desk/Online Quickbooks MUST.
- Efficient and Assistant filing customer data/ Paper works /files AP prepping
- Post Invoices and A/R A/P into QuickBooks Online mum 1-2 years
- Reconcile Bank/Credit Card Statements &Receipts mum 1-2 years
- Repair Quotation when needed
- Support day-to-day office and accounting functions needs.
- Able to work independently with honesty mindset, able to P/U the job get it done without any issues.
- Ability to multi-task and can work solely also can be team player. Generate report Each End of the Month.
- Professional with calm mind setting.
