ASST DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING
Seeking Inspirational leader for the Assistant Director of Housekeeping position at a Premier, luxury resort on Maui. Must be energetic, detail-oriented and have a positive attitude, with a minimum of 2 years' management experience in the housekeeping department of a vacation ownership property.
This position plays a leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the resort's housekeeping department (to include guest rooms and public areas), providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, while efficiently managing expenses and optimizing service levels.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years housekeeping leadership experience
Proven knowledge of housekeeping financials, including but not limited to cost controls and labor costs
Proven track record of implementing and upholding cleanliness and guest service standards
Great track record in creating a positive team member work environment
Salary range based on experience.
