(Estimator) Damage Analysis Writer, we don't call you an Estimator because we write the repair plans 100 % at dis assembly. CCC software experience necessary, as well as CCC Workflow (management system ). Will be splitting time between our new Kona location and our Waimea location.
Duties include:
Running a staff of technicians taking cars apart.
Identifying damaged parts.
Identifying damage to panels, structural and suspension components.
Working with body and paint technicians for proper methodology.
Writing based on specific insurance companies protocols.
Allocating labor to technicians.
Printing repair plans.
Printing parts lists for parts carts.
Scheduling sublet work.
Notification to specific CSR that repair plan is 100 % .
Staging car in proper spot after Damage Analysis is complete.
Proper visual (hats ) identifying o cars.
Keep Production Schedule real time.
Create vendor purchase orders. Order parts.
Work with parts director as needed.
Send any supplements, if needed to insurance companies.
Monitor supplements for accuracy and timeliness.

Must understand or willing to learn one piece production, lean management.

Good personal hygiene, time management , organization and weekly planning a must. Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a 1 hour paid lunch (no working required during lunch ) No nights or weekends required. $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year based on experience. Bonus available after 6 month training period , tied to repair plan completeness, insurance compliance, Labor Gross Profit, Parts Mark up gross profit, Paint and Materials gross profit, paid quarterly.
