Job Description:
This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with strong leadership, sales, and operational skills to oversee all aspects of our Kauai location. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing business development, sales, operations, and administrative functions. This role demands a strong leader who can drive performance, manage financials, and create positive customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills, with the ability to motivate teams, set and achieve goals, and ensure operational excellence. This is a key leadership role with significant responsibility for driving the success of the Kauai branch.
Key Responsibilities:
● Leadership & Team Management: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across sales, production, and operations.
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets. Continuously evaluate performance and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
● Financial Oversight: Ensure sound financial management through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Maintain oversight of inventory and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
● Operational Excellence: Optimize operational efficiency through best practices, reducing costs while maintaining high levels of service and product quality.
● Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, the community, and strategic partners to drive growth.
● Risk & Safety Management: Manage and mitigate operational risks while ensuring safety policies and corporate standards are adhered to. Maintain a proactive approach to risk assessment and resolution.
Qualifications
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management role within a service based business.
● Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
● Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
● Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs for sales inspections and quality control inspections.
● Willingness and ability to work many hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
● Must possess a valid driver’s license and with a clean driving record.
● Must pass a background check and be subject to random drug screening.
● Must reside on Kauai or be willing to relocate.
