Site Manager Job Description
(Hybrid) Guardian Management

● Lead, develop, and supervise on-site staff to achieve operational excellence and
resident satisfaction.
●Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed to support building functionality.
● Oversee all aspects of property operations, including budgeting, financial reporting,
maintenance, and compliance.
● Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, identify maintenance
needs, and uphold safety standards.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and Boards of Directors, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
● Foster a positive community environment through clear communication, proactive
problem-solving, and consistent follow-up.
● Collaborate with leadership to align site operations with company goals, policies, and best practices.
● Uphold Guardian Management’s core values in all aspects of leadership and
decision-making.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in property management or a related field
Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, property management software, and digital communication tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, hospitality, or related field
Experience managing a large, multifaceted residential property or portfolio
