The Opportunity:
Alpha Inc. is looking for a Concrete Project Manager to lead high-impact concrete projects across Maui and beyond. You’ll oversee every phase — from bid to closeout — ensuring quality, safety, and performance at every step.

What You’ll Do:
Manage concrete projects from bid through completion — schedule, budget, and scope.
Oversee estimates, contracts, RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.
Coordinate field teams, clients, and subcontractors to stay aligned and efficient.
Track budgets, man-hours, and financials — keep everything on target.
Drive quality, safety, and innovation across all aspects of construction.
Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve team performance.
What You Bring:
2–3 years of concrete or construction management experience.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac platforms.
Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and construction accounting software preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
