Overview
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have computer skills, be able to multitask, and be reliable. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a creative environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and print various products like postcards, coasters, signs, mugs, etc.
- Operate and maintain various production equipment such as laser cutters and flat bed printers (no experience necessary)
- Print, pull and pack orders and transfers for various retailers
- Manage order flow from Amazon, Etsy and various other websites
- Support print projects with attention to detail

Divine Planet owns and operates three retail stores on Kauai. We have a warehouse in Lihue Industrial Park where we manufacture products for our own stores and for wholesale customers around the state. These products include wood postcards, coasters, metal signs, fridge magnets, mugs, tumblers and hats.
We also receive merchandise for our stores, then disburse them to the stores as needed.
This position is in charge of running print production for our products, including laser cutters and flatbed printers. We will train to operate these machines. In addition, this position pulls and packs orders from our various online outlets like Amazon, Etsy, Faire and from our own websites.
The position requires attention to detail and the ability to do several things at once over the course of the day. Our warehouse is air conditioned and the atmosphere is casual. There is limited contact with customers.
