Position Summary

Leads a company-wide effort to identify opportunities for process improvements to facilitate operational efficiency, performance management, and implementation of quality improvement programs. Works collaboratively with PCI's Executive Team in seeking out and expanding new business opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Knowledgeable in all PCI position functions, duties and responsibilities. Requires cross training in various departments (Armor, ATM, Vault, Courier, Security, and any other departments or functions as are relevant).

2. Learns all operations and collaborates with managers in planning and directing the work of the organization to enhance operations. Identifies process improvements and makes recommendations for changes in line with the Management Team's strategic vision.

3. Creates and/or revises policies and procedures as needed.

4. Builds relationships with all existing customers to ensure PCI is meeting current customer needs and identifying potential opportunities for business expansion or referrals.

5. Initiates and implements new projects from start to finish as directed.

6. Coordinates performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all staff in coordination with PCI's Trainer and Human Resources.

7. Identifies training and development programs needed to improve operational performance and employee engagement.

8. Other responsibilities include marketing, sales, customer services, and interviewing, hiring, and training of employees.

9. Participates in employee meetings and trainings and is involved in employee evaluations.

10. Creates reports for Management, Customers, or potential Customers as needed or required.

11. Maintains a clean and safe work environment and works harmoniously with team members.

12. Understands and complies with the following policies and procedures as described in new hire orientation, annual re-training programs, and any other policies or procedures as identified and deemed necessary:

o Sexual Harassment & Workplace Violence

o Work Injury Prevention

o Drug Free Workplace

o Company House & Safety Rules

13. Complies with all Federal, State and local laws as applicable to the scope of duties and responsibilities.

14. Maintains good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.

15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

3 yrs work experience or equivalent

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Possess a valid Hawaii State driver’s license

Other Qualifications

Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal and credit background check.

Must be able to drive own vehicle as needed to respond to onsite incidents or to attend meetings.

Work Hours

General work hours are Monday through Friday, however flexibility is required and schedule may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

As operational needs demand and on an emergency basis 24/7 availability and onsite presence will be required.
