Position – Site Manager/Yard person for Aiea Townhouse
o Full time site manager with experience in yard work for an Aiea townhouse complex.
o Must have at least 3 years of consecutive experience as a site manager or yard person.
o Responsible for the daily presentation and upkeep of the entire property.
o Hands-on position includes yard work, maintenance, cleaning, resident concerns, reports, and attending Board meetings.
o Must be able to work well with vendors, owners, and tenants.
o Requires good communication skills and quick follow-up.
o Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000/yr
