Position: Automotive Service Advisor
Job Type: Full time M-F 8:00-5:00 (No Weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and efficiently fielding their inquiries, both in-person and via telephone.
Translating complex mechanical terminology into layman's terms for customer understanding.
Scheduling service appointments and managing follow-ups.
Preparing complete and accurate estimates for repair work.
Managing customer communications and ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Explaining repairs and services to customers accurately and ethically.
Maintaining an organized and professional front-office environment.
What We’re Seeking:
Experience: Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role is preferred, but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to navigate through varied customer interactions.
Customer Service: A strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive services and repairs.
Computer Literacy: Competency with service management software and basic computer operations.
Integrity: Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate integrity in all customer and business interactions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
