We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing & serving drinks to guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, & maintaining a clean & organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare & serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact w/ guests, take orders, & provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels & restock bar supplies as needed
- Handle credit card & cash transactions & operate the POS system
- Adhere to all food safety & sanitation regulations
Experience
- 2+ years in bartending or related roles of high volume production
- Knowledge of drink recipes & preparation methods

In assisting both the Bartender Team & Floor Service Team by setting & clearing tables, bartops & sections. Stocking inventory, cleaning service wells, bussing tables & cleaning floors are common practice tasks of this role.

- Be available to assist guests, as needed, w/ a positive & pleasant demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Lift heavy boxes of alcohol (25+ pounds)
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience

- Handle bottles, beverages & expensive inventory w/ care & attention to detail
- Pour liquor & mix drinks
- Celebration dance & sign holding on service floor
Experience
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions
- Strong customer service skills to cater to guest needs effectively
- Familiarity w/ Toast POS systems for order processing is beneficial
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is advantageous
