We have immediate openings for Call Center Agents at our outsourced customer support center in North Kihei, Maui.
Some of the duties/responsibilities shall include:
Handling reservation-related questions for various activity providers in the hospitality industry.
Provide general information for our clients in other industries and take messages.
Intake and registration assistance provided via phone call.
Ability to follow scripted reference materials and provide unscripted research guidance to assist customers.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has worked in an office environment and related call center experience. Experience using Ponorez, Fareharbor, and related reservation systems is a plus. Must be able to work weekends during the daytime and some weekdays. The candidate must be computer literate, able to multi-task, dependable, accurate, and willing to provide the best customer service with Aloha. Being bilingual in Filipino, Korean, and Japanese is highly desirable.
