Price Enterprises, Inc. is a locally owned family business operating Hawaii's newest, most advanced and modern high-volume Express Car Washes. Currently operating CarWash808 Express in Waipio Gentry, and the newest addition CarWash808 Express in Kapolei. We are looking to fill a management level position.
NO CARWASH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
However, proven leadership and managerial skills in a fast pace retail or operational environment will be the determining factor in filling this position. Excellent salary of $70,000 to $100,000 commensurate with education and experience. BS undergraduate degree desired.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for overall operation and profitability of car wash.
- Ensures that excellent customer service is provided to customers by employees, at all times.
- Must be able to motivate, train, encourage, challenge and positively lead the carwash team.
- Develops people and fosters a team environment and a positive company culture on an ongoing basis.
- Promotes and resolves customer complaints, in a quick and professional manner.
- Responsible for physical appearance of site, equipment maintenance, maintaining a safework environment, and chemical and supply inventories.
