You have demonstrated skill in customer service, guest relations, social media

You are familiar with the different resorts and their policies
·
You are familiar with the different island activities offered
·
You know your limits and can communicate with specialists and contractors to get the job done

You are proactive and engaging in ensuring the best possible experience for our guests
·
You are comfortable using different software, and web applications in your day-to-day
·
You have experience in social media marketing and management
·
You are a strong and responsive communicator over email, phone, and text
What you will work on -
·
Guest management and ensuring a positive Malama experience
You will be responsible for the entire guest life cycle from sourcing leads, through their stay, to well after their departure, keeping guests engaged withour Ohana.
·
You will take detailed notes and data entry on all inbound phone conversations for an airtight experience between all concierge specialists and guests
·
You willmonitor email and booking platform inboxes to respond to information and booking requests
·
Using your local Maui knowledge, upsell and market our other properties or dates if we cannot satisfy initial requests
You will communicate maintenance concerns from guests with our field techniciansand accounting to solve problems.
You will keep high awareness of the schedule to coordinate changes with housekeeping and inspections.
