Customer Care Representative
Coastal Windows, Hawaii’s Window and Door Manufacturer for 35 years in Waipio, Oahu—is seeking a F/T, M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm Customer Care Rep. that is friendly and motivated to provide excellent customer service to our extensive and wide-ranging client base throughout the islands.
Responsibilities will include evaluating requests quickly and professionally, determining validity of warranty requests, and scheduling our Service Technicians to complete work and expedite repairs to ensure homeowner satisfaction with all their window and door parts and service needs.
Qualifications include an outgoing, professional demeanor, superior written and verbal communications skills, and basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office 365. Experience in Quick Books data entry preferred but will train as needed.
