We are very efficient and get what we need done in 40 hours a week. Family first is what we believe in and every member of our company certainly feels that day in and day out.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email.
Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance, coordinating with the service technicians to ensure
timely and efficient service.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, gather information, and provide accurate information about available
services and pricing.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging situations or customer complaints, ensuring
effective conflict resolution.
Update customer records, service histories, and appointment schedules in the computer system accurately.
Communicate with the service technicians and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient
workflow.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services with the help of our highly skilled Service Advisors, keeping
customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and maintaining organized records.
Promote additional services and maintenance packages to customers, contributing to the shop's revenue growth.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the customer service area.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or retail setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and services. (If you don’t have this now, no problem. We will teach
you about our industry. You will pick it up very fast)
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
