Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Customer Service Representative to join our front-line team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers, vendors, and field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with equipment rentals, returns, and inquiries
Process rental agreements, work orders, and payments accurately
Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure timely equipment delivery and pickup
Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
Support administrative tasks including filing, inventory tracking, and phone coverage
Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational consistency
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or equipment rental preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital forms
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday coverage
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
