I’m seeking a weekend delivery person for my Baby Gear Rentals business. The business is located Upcountry Maui so living Upcountry is preferred. This is a great job for someone who works during the week and wants to make some extra money on the weekends.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery and Pick-Up Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and picking up baby gear rentals from various locations around the island of Maui, including hotels, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and the airport. This role requires a reliable vehicle, a strong commitment to customer service, and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery and Pick-Up: Efficiently deliver and pick up baby gear rentals from specified locations around Maui including hotels, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and airports.

Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during each interaction, ensuring customers and hotel staff have a positive experience with our company.

Inspection and Assembly: Inspect gear before delivery and pick up to ensure it is clean, safe, and in good working order. Assemble items as necessary upon delivery.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, including any issues encountered and resolutions provided.

Time Management: Manage your schedule to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups, accommodating any special customer requests when possible.

Communication: Communicate effectively with the office team to coordinate schedules and address any issues that arise during deliveries and pick-ups.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained and reliable for transporting baby gear safely.

Qualifications:

Reliable Vehicle: Must own a dependable vehicle capable of transporting baby gear.

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to ensure all gear is delivered and picked up in excellent condition.

Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry baby gear, which may include car seats, strollers, cribs, and other items.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries and pick-ups efficiently.

Job Type: Contract
