We are looking for someone with a great sense of humor, lots of aloha, and general knowledge of the game of golf.
Your job is to ensure everyone on the course is having fun, maintaining pace of play, and following our safety rules.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES:
1. Patrols the course to observe pace of play
2. Contacts players on the course to keep them moving in a proper manner
3. Enforce the rules and regulations of the course
4. Performs light clean up of the course
5. Ensure cart has fuel and inform mechanic of carts needing service
6. Maintain the OB and hazards on the course
7. Document all guest injuries and damages of property
8. Checks water coolers and fill with water when needed
Full-time. Approximately 32-40 hours a week. Shifts are flexible.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Performs work out on the course in all types of weather and lighting conditions. Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must understand the rules of the game of golf
Patience, adaptability, and good problem-solving skills are essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Must have a valid driver's license
