The responsibilities of a Store Director include supervising, directing and managing all aspects of store operations that aligns with company values and goals. This includes obtaining maximum sales and margins; controlling labor, utilities and other operating expenses; and ensuring that the store meets targeted projections and goals through the effective utilization of staff and resources available. Must be able to meet standards of excellent customer service which includes addressing customer concerns with urgency. This individual will also be required to enforce all company policies, oversee sales and profit growth, plus hire, train and develop employees.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school education with some college background preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the supermarket industry.
Prior experience in management.
Must have recent TB Clearance.
