We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Coordinator to join our team at Maui Rental Connections. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
Duties
Contact guests prior and upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage Guest Registers documenting guest check-in and check-out dates and contact info.
Handle guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about surrounding area, amenities and other questions the guest may have.
Operate software system to assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide guests with recommendations.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
Assist in managing reservations through various platforms while maintaining accurate records.
Maintain records for maintenance issues and work closely with vendors, maintenance people, appliance techs and coordinate jobs requested.
Experience
Previous experience in guest services or property management or real estate sales experience is required.
A real estate license is NOT required.
Familiarity with vacation rentals, the Kihei area and customer service best practices is important.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and online.
A commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 13 per week
On call- flexible Schedule, including Holidays, Monday to Friday and Weekends as needed.
