Renewable energy company looking for a strong, customer-oriented agent for our installation dept. Successful candidate(s) will be tasked with:
- phone work, some scheduling, dispatching / appointment setter, .
- operate computers, take phone calls, coordinate with contractors.
- responsible for inter-departmental communications (i.e. progress report on each job, communication between field and office, etc. etc. etc.)
- pleasant and professional phone etiquette (customer concerns / issues)
- provide inter-departmental support as needed
- some administrative duties involved
The ideal candidate(s) must show a willingness to learn and grow within a technical field (solar / PV installation company) and have the patience and resolve to de-escalate any customer-related issues that may arise. Technical PV / solar know-how and experiences are a major plus but we are willing to train the right individual.
