Aloha! We are Hanalei’s #1 tour boat company and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Office Team Member to join our staff. In this role, you’ll welcome and check in passengers, drive and escort them to the boat, assist with administrative tasks, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Compensation: $20-$25/hour + opportunities for raises, commission and bonuses
Employment type: Part-time + seasonal (season runs March-October-ish)
Schedule: Thursdays (6AM-6PM) and Fridays (6AM-2PM) — potential for more shifts later
Available: ASAP
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
-Flexible and able to “go with the flow” in a busy outdoor setting
-Valid/clean driver’s license and comfortable driving a 15-passenger van in busy areas (e.g., Ching Young Village, Hanalei Pier)
-Comfortable wading through water to access the boat
-Able to lift up to 30 lbs (lunch bags) and work in sun or rain
-Presentable, professional appearance for guest-facing work
