Seeking Experienced NaPali Coast Sea Cave Zodiac Captain(s)
Large adventure company with 24 years operation on Kauai is seeking experienced qualified captains for the upcoming Fall season and beyond. Our facilities are located in Koloa, however, for NaPali Tours we run out of Kekaha.

We are hiring full time experienced NaPali Coast Zodiac Captains for September start date. (Can entertain earlier start)
The captain position is very dynamic with our company. This is very much a hospitality job first and foremost with responsibility to provide safe and exceptional service to all of our guests. For our NaPali Tours, we depart Kekaha and the captain is more the lead tour guide with stories, history and lore. Detailed safety briefings must be conducted specifically for our vessel before each and every tour.
Minimum Requirements:
All candidates must hold US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credentials. Full time candidates must have minimum Masters 25 GRT Credential.
Must be able to work legally in the USA
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
Must have full schedule availability
BONUS if you:
Have 2+ years of experience captaining on Kauai
CPR/First Aid Certified
PAY:
This is an HOURLY position paying FULL TIME (38-45 hours a week) NaPali Captains $40/hour PLUS Generous Gratuities. (Breaking down the math: 40 hours a week X $40 is $1600/week X 52 weeks a year = $83,200 in wage potential BEFORE Generous Gratuities. This is the HIGHEST PAYING ZODIAC BOAT CAPTAIN POSITION ON KAUAI!)

DURATION:
We are a year round activity company and can provide hours year round. We do work holidays. MUST be able to work June-September, December 15-January 15 (No time off requests - Black out periods)
