Under the direction of the Pro Shop Manager, the lead cashier will assist with all Pro Shop related duties.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience desired, preferably in a golf course setting.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must have general computer skills.
- Supervision experience preferred.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physical demands:
- Continuous standing for extended periods of time.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, reaching lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. of merchandise.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assists golfers checking in for their round of golf.
- Operate Point-of-Sale system (EZ Link POS).
- Book Tee Times.
- Assist customers with the sales of merchandise.
- Complete daily reports efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Open, close and secures Pro Shop.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Other duties to be assigned.
