Merchandiser:
Responsible for stocking shelves, building displays, and refilling floor items with backroom stock as needed
Base Location: Hilo, HI
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $20/hour (mileage reimbursement = $.67 per mile)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cover daily routes
Merchandise and maintain all products within accounts, including shelf placements, displays and deliveries
Ensure product is in-stock at store level for successful execution of demos
Communicate orders for product replenishment and place orders when needed
Ensure maximum brand visibility within accounts by using point of sale (POS) materials when applicable (shelf tags, signs, etc.)
Flexible to perform other tasks and special projects as deemed necessary
Strive to exceed standards and performance goals
Maintain professional image and positive communication with sales team, warehouse, and supervisors
Requirements and Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
1-2 years experience working in merchandising or customer service (Preferred)
Strong communication skills
Must have valid license and personal vehicle
