Looking for Part time or Seasonal staff, 1-2 days per week, to join our Ocean Recreation company for some fun in the sun!
We are looking to fill crew positions for ocean recreation staff onboard our Hawaiian Sailing Canoe.
Hawaiian owned and operated ocean activities company is looking for part time or seasonal employees to join our ocean recreation company at our Ko Olina location. Possibly leading to full-time positions.
Specializing in culturally based, educational, and ecotour ocean-based activities.
Candidates must be reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing and able to converse with guests in a well-spoken, professional manner.
CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred and ocean experience with outrigger canoes, kayaks, SUP’s, swimming and snorkeling is a plus.
Professional appearance and grooming is required to conform to our contractual obligations. No visible, piercings, body modifications or tattoos that cannot be covered up by a long-sleeved work jersey.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to swim 100 yards.
- Must be able to run 100 yards
- Must be able to push 100 pounds
- Must be able to work in the sun for 8-hour periods
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Provide excellent customer service and experience
- Currently living on Oahu
Training is required and will be provided.
