We are looking for Supervisor(s) to join our Ohana to work in our office located in Kawaihae on the Big Island!
WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
-2 years of experience in supervising employees
-Ability to communicate effectively with Management & other Departments
-Able to handle & solve workplace challenges or conflicts
-Good collaborator who communicates well and is comfortable taking the role of a leader
-Hawaii Driver License
-Clean Traffic/Criminal Abstract
-Customer Service Oriented
-Trustworthy
-Positive & Aloha Attitude
-Able to Multi-Task
-Computer Literate
-Phone etiquette
-Salary starting at $36,000.00
-Medical & Dental after 3 months' probation
-401k after 1 year with Company match
-$0.25 per mile for every mile traveled beyond 20 miles, no compensation for first 20 miles
-Earn Commission by driving while on Schedule or on your days off!
