Parking Attendant
Immediately hiring Parking Attendants to work the various shifts that rotate each week for a large apartment complex in Makiki.
Schedule:
Varies between 1st shift 8:00am -4:00pm and swing shift 4:00pm- 11:00pm (must be flexible and available for both shifts)
Payrate: $18/hr.
Job Description:
We are looking for parking attendants to greet tenants upon enter and exit of large apartment complex and maintain a high visibility presence. The goal is to observe and report by walking around property parking garage.
Responsibilities:
Preserve company’s property by maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
Report any suspicious incidents in detail.
Monitor by logging in/out tenants upon enter and exit of vehicle gates.
Requirements:
Must be able to commit to schedule and show up to work on time
Must be able to be greet tenants in a professional manner
Must have excellent communication skills
Worksite Comment: Makiki Area on the bus route
