Looking for Additional personal assistants to join the team, who can assist a busy full time physician and busy company in East Oahu. Work will begin part-time/per hour basis with potential opportunity to transition to full-time work based on performance. Immediately start position
Looking for somebody who can start immediately and work potentially on a long term basis. This Oahu based company is located in Hawaii Kai. Duties of the personal assistant would be to represent the face of the company and would include but are not limited to
1. Providing driving/transport services for clients and company.
2. Running various errands.
3. Shopping/catering/hosting
4. Cleaning /organization/cooking
5. Secretarial work i.e.(transcription, filing, data entry , note taking etc)
6. Property management
Applicant must possess at least a high school degree with skills in driving, interpersonal communication, word processing, dependable, compassionate, patient and loyal. Understanding of Japanese culture customs would be extremely helpful.
- Highly motivated, loyal and dedicated to the job, Efficient and productive work ethics, High integrity standard
- Professional and neat and highly punctual, high attention to detail and able to multi-task well
- Must possess valid driver's license and their own safe vehicle/insurance, clean driving record.
- Must possess their own phone with ability to text message(smart phone preference)
- Opportunity to transition to full time work based on performance
- No criminal record/non smoker.
- Payment range from $18/hour based on experience and performance. Gas expenses reimbursed.
