Guest Service Ambassador - On-Call($33.09/hr)
Primary Responsibilities: As an integral part of the team, is responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve each guest’s experience from providing exceptional guest service to being the guest’s liaison with both hotel and non-hotel services. Provide prompt and courteous service, assist in registration and departure service. Assist in maintaining daily department operations.
Night Audit Ambassador - On-Call($34.02/hr)
Primary Responsibilities: Asan integral part of a team, Night Audit Ambassador checks front officeaccounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compilesinformation for thehotel's financialrecords.Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, restaurant,outlets, Golf Course and other hotel operatingstatistics. Preparesa summary of cash, check, and credit card activities,reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. Posts room charges and room taxes toguest accounts including guest transactions not posted duringthe day by the front office cashier.
