We are looking for a host for our vacation rental. Host duties are limited to maximum 6 hours per month. Rent to be reduced from $2,000 to $1,400 for the host. Electricity, gas and internet are included. Host to enjoy a detached modern cabin in a magical setting. Our brand new rental is located 5 minutes from Volcano National Park. Perfect for someone who works at the park or nearby area.
This home will exceed expectations, and features a stylist kitchenette, furnished home with 376 interior sq feet +75 outdoor lanai, well appointed with modern decor, huge windows, Mahogany Front Door, Quartz countertops, waterfall edge kitchen island, luxury vinyl floors. Bathroom features a luxury waterfall shower and spa like decor.
Host Duties include:
- doing occasional walk throughs before check in to confirm house is in good working order.
- resetting internet, if needed
- Assisting onsite as needed when property manager needs help (up to 6 hours a month)
