Mauka Warriors Luau LLC is now hiring for Reservation Specialist
Currently, Mauka Warriors Luau is among one of the best luaus in Oahu, and we are looking for a determined, dedicated, and hard-working individual ready to learn and try something new.
Job Description:
Hours: 1:00PM - 7:30PM (Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, and Sun)
Make and confirm reservations for guests via phone, email or any other form of communication.
Prepare tickets for luau guests.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
Handle customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
Work with reservation systems (Fareharbor, Podium) to make reservations for guests
Retrieve and distribute Guests wristbands/tickets/gifts/ etc.
Help and Assist guests at the Mauka Warriors Luau. (Customer Services)
Assist caterers during dinner service (release tables, assist guests at dinner, etc)
Speaking a secondary language is a HUGE plus (Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese, etc)
Requirements:
Must have a smart phone that can take pictures, text, and use the internet.
Must have reliable transporation to the Hawaii Country Club.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Great at Customer Services
Great at multitasking and great team player
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with reservation systems and software
Exceptional attitude
Compensation: $15 - 18 per hour
