Boss Frog’s Dive and Surf is seeking for highly-motivated sales people for our Maui locations. We have 10 locations on west and Kihei areas of Maui renting everything you think of for the beach, booking island activities and external marketing for an island resort.
Seeking full or part time agents for west and south Maui.
$22-$28/hr= $15 plus commissions on retail, rental, activities and other sales
Paid vacation/time off and health care benefits. Other perks.
Essential Job Functions:
Computer sales applications
Renting beach equipment (snorkel gear, surf boards, chairs, etc.)
Selling/booking tourist activities
Strong candidates possess the following attributes:
Thorough knowledge of the Island of Maui, with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island
Prefer 6 months experience selling or booking tours/activities or in retail and/or timeshare industry
Prefer 6 months living on island
Strong ability to sell and book activities, services and goods, and fit customers with gear
Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment, multi-task and balance priorities
Strong, professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills, at work, via e-mail, and by phone
High school Diploma or equivalent
Computer proficiency with the ability to learn
Project a professional company image and attitude
Fluency in English (speak, read, write)
