Optinet Hawaii LLC a local information technology services company, is looking to fulfill a service coordinator position.
Full Time - Tier 2 Service Coordinator - minimum 2 years experience - Hourly Range $25-$30 per hour ($52,000-$62,400 per year)
Full Time - Tier 1 Service Coordinator - minimum 1 year experience - Hourly Range $20-$25 per hour ($41,600-$52,000 per year)

Day-to-day job duties include:
Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
Answer incoming calls and assume other customer service duties when needed
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and
forms
Respond to questions and requests for information
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Book travel arrangements
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Assist in accounting and scheduling duties when needed
Assist in training staff members and new hires
Other general office duties
Qualification Requirements:
Reliable
Full time 40 hours per week
Punctual
Daily access to your own working vehicle
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Excellent communication skills
A strong desire to learn
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
Must be an independent worker, able to work with limited supervision
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
May need to work after hours and weekends on occasion
