Positions: Store Shift Lead/ Assistant Manager (Kapolei)
Store Hours of Operation: Seven days per week, 5:00AM - 10:00PM
Full Time: 40-48 hrs. per week
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
- Present friendly, helpful attitude and utmost in customer service at all times when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff.
- Responsible for operating the cash register by handling cash or credit transactions, issuing change, receipts, or refunds. - - Reconcile cash drawer and reports at start and end
- Responsible forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
- Ensures that excellent customer service is provided to customers by cashiers, at all times.
- Must be able to motivate, encourage, challenge and positively lead the c-store team.
- Promotes and resolves customer complaints, in a quick and professional manner.
- Ensures that store is exceptionally clean, abundantly stocked, and well-organized, at all times.
- Follows and enforces all Company Policies and Established Procedures.
