Looking for a job that’s fun, rewarding, and makes a real impact? Join Kama‘āina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned non-profit serving children and families! We’re seeking an enthusiastic After School Site Coordinator to lead one of our programs in Kilauea. (On Kauai)
This is a leadership role with plenty of training and support. If you have experience working with kids—whether through teaching, coaching, volunteering, or working in children's ministry—you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day operations of an after-school program.
Lead and support a team of staff members.
Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
Plan activities like STEM projects, arts & crafts, and outdoor games.
Build positive relationships with families and ensure program quality.

No evenings or weekends! Typical hours: Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM–5:30 PM (Wednesdays start at 12:30 PM).

Qualifications
Experience working with children (formal or informal).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for creating a positive environment for kids.
Previous supervisory experience in childcare or education is a plus.
