Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work full time or part time.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Conduct skills acquisition, social skills & functional assessments.
Draft conceptually well written and grammatically correct progress reports, outlining the child’s strengths and deficits.
Develop and implement skills acquisition, social skills programs (FBAs & FAAs)
Develop and implement behavior plans
Create recommendations for comprehensive services.
Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics.
Collaborate with all other team members of the child’s educational environment.
Provide training and supervision for staff, in all programs, policies and procedures.
Consult & provide training for parents, teachers, and community members.
Participate in activities designed to drive a company that is growing.

Requirements
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
BCBA certification
2+ years experience in a behavioral or mental health setting
Proficient writing skills
Previous supervisory experience
Prior teaching or school consulting experience
Experience in medical/behavioral/mental health/therapy related organization
Experience in working with and coaching parents
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to pass all required state and federal background checks
Ability to meet our credentialing process and provide us with your CAQH number upon acceptance of this position
