What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an open-minded, multi-talented individual who loves working with children and thrives in a dynamic, creative environment. This role requires someone who can:
-Teach fitness classes (including baby and big kid classes).
-Teach/Support art classes (experience is strongly preferred but not required).
-Be open and willing to work and organize special events, such as birthday parties, Parent’s Night Out, and other exciting programs.
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Cleaning: ensuring the space is well-organized and efficiently maintained.
-Provide exceptional customer service to help current members and enroll new families into our programs.
Qualifications:
-A genuine love for children and a friendly, approachable personality.
-Strong people skills and a background in customer service.
-Patience, adaptability, and a self-starter attitude.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor.
-Efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls.
-Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
-Exceptional organization skills to handle cleaning, setup, and administrative tasks efficiently.
-Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), efficient typing, and experience with Canva.
-The drive and passion to go above and beyond for children, ensuring every experience is memorable and meaningful.
-Previous experience working with children (teaching, babysitting, summer programs, etc.).
-A background in athletics or theatre is a plus.
-Professional, reliable, and responsible
Additional Requirements:
-Availability for weekly staff training (Thursdays, 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM).
-A minimum of 15+ hours of availability per week, including at least one weekend shift.
-CPR certification is required.
-Starting Wage: $15-$17/hour during the training period. (Employees who pass training typically make around $14-20/h)
Benefits for Full-Time Applicants:
Full-time positions with health insurance are available for qualifying applicants after a probation period.
