Our local educational organization is seeking motivated young adults to lead small groups of high school students from Japan in immersive activities that promote English practice and explore Hawaii's rich history, culture, and people.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an English-Speaking Leader, you will be guiding a group of 6-7 Japanese high school students through fun, educational activities designed to improve their English skills and introduce them to Hawaii's diverse culture. Our programs are hosted throughout the year, so you can sign up for the sessions that fit your schedule—no need to commit to every event!
AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
PROGRAM 1 - January 12 (Sunday) (WAITING LIST)
Report time & location: 8:20AM at Honolulu Airport
Dismissal time & location: 4:30PM in Waikiki
Activity: Groups will either go to Bishop Museum or Pearl Harbor. We will be assigning Leaders to groups after selected.
Preparations: N/A
Lunch: provided
Pay: $15.25/hour
PROGRAM 2 - January 13 (Monday)
Report time & location: 7:00AM in Waikiki
Dismissal time & location: 5:00PM in Waikiki
Activity: Scavenger Hunt in Honolulu
Preparations: Download a scavenger hunt app
Lunch: reimbursed up to $15
Pay: $15.25/hour
PROGRAM 3 - January 29 (Wednesday)
Report time & location: 7:15AM at UH Manoa
Dismissal time & location: 12:45PM at UH Manoa
Activity: Project Paradise & student presentations
Preparations: Leaders will need to prepare a brief powerpoint presentation about their background
Lunch: provided
Pay: $15.25/hour
PROGRAM 4 - February 17 (Monday) (WAITING LIST)
Report time & location: 9:00AM at Honolulu Airport
Dismissal time & location: 4:15PM at Ala Moana Hotel
Activity: Church visit & Oahu bus tour
Preparations: N/A
Lunch: provided
Pay: $15.25/hour
Drivers have the option to park at Ala Moana Center at own risk, then LbE can provide transportation to HNL (departs 8:30 am)

Report time & location: 8:30AM at UH Manoa
Dismissal time & location: 2:45PM at UH Manoa
