We have a small residential center one mile from sunrise on the coast with up to 12 private sleeping areas with a cafe/kitchen and gathering space that can fit up to 25 people (with the option of double lodging and/or commuters with many airbns walking distance).
We are looking for experienced teachers/coaches/healers etc. who already have a network of clients that would be interested in offering programs at this turnkey cooperative venue.
We are currently open to all configurations ranging from:
Someone local who wants to offer programs here up to 12 months/year
Someone off island who wants to travel here to offer programs quarterly or annually
Anything in between aiming to have a small cohesive group of faculty to fill all 12 months with programs
We are open to all kinds of modalities including but not limited to: therapy, coaching, cleansing, massage, trainings, yoga, dance, tantra, nutrition, Ayurveda, meditation, Buddhism, spirituality, mantra, singing, painting, writing, acoustic music, theater, film, photography, rites of passage, parenting, relationships, communication, peacemaking, men's work, women's work, leadership, business incubation, media creation, activism, cooperative living + more
Revenue potential is great for someone with an existing client base for example these baseline numbers:
20 people pay $500/weekend
10 people pay $1k/week
5 people pay $2k/month
Compensation is based on a profit-share that depends on how much production support you need from us with full support available so that you can literally design your program, send it out to your network, and show up and do your part with us taking care of all the rest:
registration/sales
transportation logistics
meal planning/catering
event planning
media/documentation
We also offer documentation so that your participants will be able to revisit the material through an online interface that can also act as a platform to connect students between programs, and attract new students to your work.
