Job Description
The Cole Academy provides Hawaii's finest nationally accredited early childhood education and childcare for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our preschool and daycare services are available year-round and island-wide, including Honolulu, Mililani, Kapolei, Windward Oahu, and Hawaii Island (Kona-Kohala).
Currently seeking Toddler Caregiver, Preschool Teacher, and Aides at our Kailua campus.
Lowest ratios, advanced curriculum, and ample training. Join a great team working together to prepare children for K-12.

Responsibilities and Duties
-Responsible, under the supervision of the Center Director, to establish and implement goals and objectives using our developmentally appropriate curriculum that meet the individual needs of the children
-Establish and maintain regular, on-going communication with parents
-Maintain positive, nurturing attitude towards each individual child; and utmost, to ensure the health and safety of the children in the care of the Academy.
-Follows Cole Academy policies and procedures, DHS licensing rules and regulations, and NECPA guidelines for developmentally appropriate practices for preschoolers.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and experience required for the I/T "Lead Caregiver," or “Caregiver” qualification under DHS Early Childhood Registry.
