Montessori Community School (MCS) is seeking a passionate and experienced Upper Elementary Lead Guide to join our well-established Montessori program in the heart of Honolulu. Responsibilities include:
Deliver Montessori lessons to upper elementary students
Collaborating daily with a co-lead guide and support staff
Conferencing regularly with parents
Contributing to a positive, communicative team culture

Hold Montessori credentials (AMI/AMS) and ideally have classroom experience
Are innovative, effective communicators, and strong listeners
Are open to relocating to Honolulu and committing to supporting the school through a 3-year cycle, assuming mutual fit
