The BIM Manager should have 5 to 10 years managing the BIM process on large projects.
Familiar with ACC Revit, ACAD, 3D Civil, and Navisworks
Supervise BIM Coordinators and BIM Production team
Responsible for managing the clash detection process with project operations staff, subcontractors, vendors and design consultants.
Respond to the needs and interface with the Project Management Team, Field Operations, and Survey department.
Manage the As-built documentation, providing regular “redline” as-builts to design consultants for their incorporation into the record set.
