Engineering degree with 1 – 2 years of experience or 2 – 3 years of practical construction experience.
Engineering - Able to read engineering drawings and specifications, to understand material and equipment application and Working knowledge of contract law and regulations relating to subcontractors, warranties and liabilities.
Government – Governmental procedures, regulations and trends relating to construction.
Communications – Good verbal and written communications skills; clear and concise communications.
